Transportation Services - Fiscal Assistance - Repeal of Termination Provision

Synopsis:

Repealing the termination date for a certain provision of law that requires the Department of Transportation to provide annual grants to local jurisdictions for a certain service and to determine the grants in accordance with certain plans and that alters the limitation on the total amount of the grants; and providing for the effective date of the Act.
