Primary and Secondary Education - New Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners

Synopsis:

Specifying that the provisions of the Act reflect a consent decree and a commitment to appropriate additional funds for the Baltimore City Public Schools; prohibiting the reduction of State funds under specified circumstances; prohibiting Baltimore City from using this additional funding to meet any statutory obligations; requiring the Board to submit a report on or before January 15, 2002; providing for the termination of certain provisions of the Act; etc.
