State Personnel - Employee-to-Employee Leave Donation Program

Synopsis:

Allowing a State employee to receive and use donations of unused annual, sick, or personal leave under the Employee-to-Employee Leave Donation Program because of the catastrophic illness or injury of a member of the employee's immediate family under specified circumstances; providing that an employee may use leave received through the Leave Donation Program for a catastrophic illness or injury of an immediate family member only after receiving approval from the employee's appointing authority; etc.
