Synopsis:

Making it a misdemeanor for a person to operate a place of entertainment that engages in nudity and sexual displays within 500 feet of a residential dwelling unit in Prince George's County; and providing for a penalty of a misdemeanor offense with the possibility of 1 year in jail, a $5,000 fine, or both.
