Workers' Compensation - Temporary Total Disability - Covered Employees

Synopsis:

Making covered employees who are temporarily disabled from the duties of the employment that gave rise to the injury eligible for temporary total disability compensation, regardless of whether the employee engages in secondary employment, provided that the secondary employment commenced prior to the injury and that the work schedule of the employment does not conflict with the work schedule which would be applicable to the employment that gave rise to the injury.
