Vehicle Laws - Driving While License Suspended, Revoked, or Canceled - Suspension of Registration

Synopsis:

Authorizing the MVA, under certain circumstances, to suspend for no more than 90 days the registration of a vehicle driven by an individual whose license was suspended, revoked, or canceled; requiring the MVA to provide the registered owner of the vehicle with notice of the registration suspension; authorizing the registered owner of the vehicle to request a hearing within 15 days; and establishing a specified rebuttable presumption.
