Tobacco Products - Sale by Vending Machines - Distribution of Tokens or Any Other Single Use Nonmonetary Mechanism to Minors

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the sale of tobacco products by vending machines or other mechanical devices under specified circumstances; prohibiting the distribution of vending machine tokens or other single use nonmonetary mechanisms to a minor; establishing a penalty for a violation of the Act; providing for funding for the conversion of specified vending machines; repealing provisions of law that provide an exception to a penalty for sale of a tobacco product by the owner of a tobacco product vending machine; etc.
