Requiring the Department of the Environment to provide public access
to all air monitoring data in the State through the Internet on or
before January 1, 2000 and each year thereafter; allowing ambient air
monitoring data to be provided in summary form and requiring it to
include all validated ambient air monitoring data for the 2 most
recent calendar years for which data are available; etc.
