Synopsis:

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Maryland to provide that the election of officers for the City of Baltimore be held at the same time as all State and county elections; providing specified provisions of limited duration for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the amendment; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State for their adoption or rejection.
