Condominiums - Liens - Priority

Synopsis:

Providing that a specified portion of a lien on a condominium unit has priority over the claim of the holder of a first mortgage or deed of trust; providing that the Act does not limit or affect the priority of mortgages or deeds of trust held by or for the benefit of the State or a unit or instrumentality of the State; and providing for the abrogation of the Act if certain federal entities cease purchasing first mortgages on condominium units in the State.
