Providing for an exemption from Baltimore City property tax for
economic development projects located in designated urban renewal
areas in Baltimore City; stating the requirements for the property tax
exemption, including that the property be a certain type of structure,
provide a certain number of full-time job opportunities if applicable,
have a certain amount of private capital investment, and adopt a
payment in lieu of taxes agreement within a certain time frame; etc.
