or describes certain activities that are patently offensive to certain
standards, and reasonably lacks certain values is harmful to minors
under certain circumstances; prohibiting a person from knowingly
providing or exhibiting or offering to provide or exhibit to a minor
certain matter that is harmful to minors or obscene; etc.
