Entitled:
Employees' and Teachers' Systems - Inclusion in Contributory Pension Benefit Program - Participating Governmental Units and Selection C (Combination Formula) Members

Synopsis:

Authorizing governmental units that participate in the Employees' Pension System to elect to provide their employees with contributory pension benefits; providing that employees of such a unit are entitled to specified benefits as of a specified date, except for those employees who transferred from the Employees' Retirement System; making the election by a unit irrevocable; providing for inclusion in the contributory benefits program of specified members of specified retirement systems who are subject to Selection C; etc.
