Prohibiting the sale or dispensing of a tobacco product by means of a
vending machine in any location in the State; establishing specified
exceptions to the prohibition; providing that a person who violates
the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a
fine not exceeding $100; etc.
