Vehicle Laws - Speed Monitoring Systems - Radar Cameras

Synopsis:

Authorizing certain law enforcement agencies to mail a citation to the owner of a motor vehicle that is recorded by a speed monitoring system to be in violation of certain laws regarding the operation of a motor vehicle in excess of certain speed limits; establishing the content of a citation; authorizing the sending of a warning in lieu of a citation; authorizing reissuance of a citation to a driver of a vehicle under certain circumstances; requiring a citation to be mailed within a certain time period; etc.
