Auditorium
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
National Council for the Traditional Arts, Inc. for the repair,
renovation, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the
old Blair High School auditorium located at 313 Wayne Avenue in Silver
Spring, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a
matching fund.
