Task Force to Study Stops for Routine Traffic Violations

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Stops for Routine Traffic Violations; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; providing that the members of the Task Force are entitled only to travel reimbursement compensation; prohibiting the inclusion of the identities of individuals stopped by law enforcement officials in the data collected; providing that the data collected by the Task Force can only be used for statistical and research purposes; etc.
