Prohibiting the Board of Estimates of Baltimore City from approving a
specified housing project unless the Housing Authority of Baltimore
City, at least 90 days before the Board approves the housing project,
provides notice of the location of the housing project to the City
Council and to the residents of the area where the housing project is
to be located.
