Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - The Patterson Park Pagoda

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City for the planning, design, repair, renovation, restoration, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Patterson Park Pagoda in Baltimore City; and requiring the grantee to provide and expend a matching fund.
