Liens
Authorizing licensed electricians, plumbers, and home improvement
contractors to establish a lien on property, regardless of the value
of the property, if the owner of the property fails to pay the cost of
a repair in accordance with the terms of an applicable contract and
the cost of the repair is a specified amount or more.
