Emergency Assistance Trust Fund - Annual Funding - Matching Funds

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Governor to appropriate to the Emergency Assistance Trust Fund an amount not exceeding $5,000,000 each year in the State budget; removing the requirement that in order for volunteer fire companies or rescue squads to receive a portion of the trust funds they must provide 30% matching funds.
