Synopsis:

Requiring a hospital or related institution to make a provision for the use of its facility by and staff privileges for qualified certified registered nurse anesthetists, certified nurse midwives, and licensed social workers; authorizing a hospital or related institution to restrict use of its facility and staff privileges by the qualified health care providers to those providers that meet specified qualifications of the hospital or related institution; etc.
