Election Code - Dorchester and Kent Counties - Board of Elections - Compensation

Synopsis:

Increasing the minimum annual salaries of the members of the Dorchester County Board of Elections and of the president and members of the Kent County Board of Elections; increasing the minimum compensation of substitute members of the Kent County Board of Elections; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salaries of the incumbent members of either Board.
