Vehicle Laws - Recovery of Evidences of Registration - Counties and Municipalities

Synopsis:

Enabling private parties who contract with the MVA to remove evidences of registration to contract with a municipal corporation and, if the municipal corporation refuses, a county to assist in the recovery of the evidences of registration; requiring remuneration paid to a municipality or county for the recovery of evidences of registration to be used to fund police training.
