Repealing the restriction on hunting forest game birds and mammals on Sunday; requiring owners of private property to register with the Department of Natural Resources before allowing Sunday hunting of forest game birds and mammals; requiring the Department to determine if Sunday hunting on public land would be inconsistent with the prior use of the land; etc.
