Synopsis:

Establishing the Clean Campaign Public Financing Act for Candidates for the General Assembly to be administered by the State Board of Elections with the assistance of the Comptroller; defining terms; creating the Clean Campaign Public Financing Fund for Candidates for the General Assembly and providing for the inclusion of money in the Fund; establishing procedures, requirements, and conditions for participation in the Fund and for the distribution of revenues from the Fund; etc.
