Campaign Finance Reform Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting candidates and their committees from receiving more than 20% of their aggregate transfers from political action committees; establishing civil penalties for violations of this prohibition; authorizing the State Board of Elections, represented by the State Prosecutor, to institute a civil action for a violation of this prohibition; and providing for the application of the Act.
