Synopsis:

Repealing a specified conditional reciprocity requirement concerning the waiver of an exam for those licensed to practice pharmacy in another state; altering the time period before which the State Board of Pharmacy must send to a pharmacy permit holder a specified renewal application and notice; requiring the payment of a reinstatement fee under specified circumstances; requiring a specified manufacturing permit and distribution permit to expire at a specified time without subsequent reinstatement under specified circumstances; etc.
