Health Occupations - Employment Activities - Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring specified individuals performing employment related activities in specified alcohol and drug abuse facilities and programs to meet specified requirements of specific regulations adopted by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration; providing for the effective date of the Act; requiring the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration to convene a Task Force to assess the levels of experience, education, and training of individuals employed by specified alcohol and drug abuse facilities and programs; etc.
