St. Mary's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Bottle Clubs

Synopsis:

Repealing a provision that prohibits a bottle club in St. Mary's County from conducting specified activities after the hours of operation for an alcoholic beverages licensee; prohibiting a bottle club from selling, giving, serving, dispensing, keeping, or allowing to be consumed alcoholic beverages, setups, or other component parts; prohibiting an unlicensed business from allowing customers to bring alcoholic beverages for consumption into an unlicensed building; and establishing a maximum penalty for a violation of the Act.
