Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $750,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to Maryland Community Resource Center, Inc. for the planning, design, repair, renovation, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building located at Falls Road and Maryland Avenue in Baltimore City, the building to be used by HERO to provide comprehensive services for individuals with AIDS and HIV, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund.
