Crimes - Controlled Dangerous Substances - Sentencing of Second and Subsequent Offenders

Synopsis:

Providing that unless the sentencing provisions set forth mandatory minimum sentences, the sentence for a second or subsequent offender on a single count may be imposed in conjunction with other sentencing provisions for controlled dangerous substance offenses.
