Assisted Living Programs - Small Facilities - Cost and Impact Study

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene after consulting with the Assisted Living Regulation Implementation Committee, to arrange to have a study conducted concerning the financial cost and economic impact of State regulation on small assisted living facilities; and requiring the Secretary to submit the study to the Governor and to the General Assembly by January 1, 2000.
