Alcoholic Beverages - Drive-Through Facilities - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Imposing a statewide prohibition against an alcoholic beverages licensee operating a drive-through purchase facility where alcoholic beverages are sold at retail, offered for sale, or dispensed through a window or door to a purchaser in or on a motor vehicle for off-premises consumption; repealing a similar local provision; and making the Act inapplicable to specified alcoholic beverages licenses with a drive-through purchase facility before February 1, 1999, and to specified transfers of specified alcoholic beverages licenses.
