Creation of a State Debt - Harford County - City of Havre de Grace

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt in the amount of $500,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Havre de Grace for the improvement of the city water distribution system including, but not limited to, cleaning and cement mortar lining of approximately 30,000 linear feet of 6, 8, 10, and 12 inch water mains, furnishing, installing, and removing approximately 30,000 linear feet of bypass pipe, and installing new gate valves and boxes.
