Entitled:
Preschools - Drug Free School Zones

Synopsis:

Providing that a person who manufactures, dispenses, distributes, or possesses with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substances, or who conspires to commit these offenses, is guilty of a felony if the activities are conducted within a certain distance of or on real property used for preschool education purposes; and permitting local school boards to adopt regulations requiring the posting of certain signs for a preschool.
