Synopsis:

Requesting that the federal Bureau of Census conduct the next decennial census in a manner consistent with recent rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court; declaring the opposition of the General Assembly to use of census data based on the use of statistical inferences; requesting that specified census data be given to the General Assembly; urging Congress to take steps to ensure that the 2000 decennial census is conducted fairly and legally; etc.
