Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Regulatory Reform to examine a specified process for the review of regulations, to conduct a pilot examination of portions of the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR), to make specified recommendations, and, on or before December 1, 2000, to submit a report to the Governor and the Legislative Policy Committee of the General Assembly; etc.
