Providing an exemption from the sales and use tax for specified
appliances that meet or exceed applicable energy efficiency
guidelines; allowing a credit against the motor vehicle excise tax for
a qualified electric vehicle or a qualified hybrid vehicle; allowing a
credit against the State income tax for specified costs of specified
equipment that uses solar energy to generate electricity or to heat or
cool a structure or provide hot water for use in a structure; etc.
