Kent County - Alcoholic Beverages - Issuance of Licenses
Altering the periods of time during which the Kent County Board of
License Commissioners may not issue a new alcoholic beverages license
for use on premises that have previously been refused a license; and
establishing that the prohibition against the Board issuing a new
alcoholic beverages license for use on premises that have previously
been refused a license does not apply if the refusal was for a legal
defect or an omission, solely and expressly because of an improper
prior applicant, or for a license transfer.
