Allowing an individual who was honorably discharged from military
service to apply to a specified county board of education to obtain a
high school diploma if the individual withdrew from a full-time public
or private school accredited by the State Board to enlist in the
United States armed forces during World War II; and requiring that
each county board of education adopt rules and regulations that
establish procedures for awarding diplomas.
