Practice Act
Amending the Physical Therapy Practice Act to allow the Board of
Physical Therapy Examiners to disclose specified information to other
regulatory boards or a law enforcement or prosecutorial authority;
requiring the Board to ensure, to the extent possible, that specified
names are kept confidential when specified information is disclosed
under the Act; allowing the Board to grant a specified waiver and to
reinstate a license under specified circumstances; requiring an
individual to return a suspended or revoked license to the Board; etc.
