Members
Altering the process by which the successors to the initial appointees
to the St. Mary's County Citizens Nursing Home Board are selected to
require that, rather than being elected by a majority vote of the
Board, a successor be appointed by the County Commissioners of St.
Mary's County for a term of 3 years if a term expires, or the rest of
a term if a term is vacated.
