participate in the rehabilitation program of the State Board of

nursing assistant may safely continue to practice; requiring the
Rehabilitation Committee to prepare specified reports and
rehabilitation programs for participants and report to the Board;
requiring the Board to keep rehabilitation records confidential; etc.
