Synopsis:

Requiring health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations that provide hospital, medical, or surgical benefits to individuals or groups under health insurance policies or contracts that are issued or delivered in the State to provide coverage for hearing aids for a child who is covered through an insured or enrolled parent of the child; requiring entities subject to the Act to provide notice of the coverage required under the Act; etc.
