Synopsis:

Clarifying specified political activities which law enforcement officers are prohibited from engaging in while on duty or in uniform; and providing that violations of the prohibition on engaging in political activity while on duty or in uniform be investigated in accordance with the Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights.
