Regulated Firearms - Purchase, Rent, or Transfer - Application Process

Synopsis:

Providing that a regulated firearms dealer or designated law enforcement agency be required to utilize a facsimile machine to forward applications for the sale, rent, or transfer of specified regulated firearms by the end of the business day on which the application is received; and providing that persons receiving not more than five applications for the purchase, rent, or transfer of regulated firearms may continue to send applications by facsimile machine or certified mail.
