Synopsis:

Requiring that an appeal by an aggrieved party from an MVA hearing concerning an individual's driver's license be made to the circuit court for the county in which the individual resides; requiring that an appeal concerning any other license or privilege of a person be made to the circuit court in which the person's principal place of business is located; requiring that an appeal concerning a nonresident motorist be made to the circuit court in which the nonresident motorist was convicted of the violation relating to the appeal; etc.
