Transferring the Paternity and Support Division of the Office of the
State's Attorney for Howard County to the Child Support Enforcement
Administration of the Department of Human Resources; providing that
employees of the local support enforcement office shall be transferred
in accordance with provisions of law that provide for classified
status, seniority, compensation, annual leave accrual, transfer of
pension contributions, and other personnel matters for employees
transferring to the Child Support Enforcement Administration; etc.
