Law Enforcement Officers - Vehicle Laws - Race-Based Traffic Stops

Synopsis:

Requiring law enforcement officers to record specified data pertaining to traffic stops and report the information to the Maryland Justice Analysis Center (MJAC); requiring the Police Training Commission to develop a standard form for law enforcement officers to record specified data pertaining to traffic stops, guidelines that each law enforcement agency may use to evaluate the data, and a standardized format that each agency shall use in reporting the data to the MJAC; etc.
